Qualifications & Preferred Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, 3 years in project management, specifically in environmental or climate-related initiatives.
  • · Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area such as environment and agriculture engineering.
  • · Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • · Fluency in English and Kurdish both written and verbal. (Arabic is an asset)
  • · Proficiency in engaging and working with youth and community groups.
  • · Familiarity with the socio-political and environmental context of Dohuk Governorate, Iraq.
  • · Ability to work collaboratively and foster a team-oriented environment.
  • · High level computer and internet skills are required.
  • · Strong multi-tasking, organizational, prioritization skills are necessary.
