Opportunity:

We are looking for a full time Project Coordinator for our head office in Anchorage, AK. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our medical projects. Overseeing project finances, monitoring costs, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

  • Financial Acumen: Showcase your ability to manage project finances effectively, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Technological Proficiency: Demonstrate your proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, leveraging your skills to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency. Showcase your ability to utilize financial software and systems effectively, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Effective Communication and Organization: Highlight your strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Illustrate your organizational excellence by managing priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving project goals.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; Accounting, Business, or Finance degree/background preferred.
  • 5+ years proven experience in project control or financial management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Follow Standards of Care, Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics, and Policies and Procedures.
  • Setting-up of Medical Staffing Projects in local business systems
  • Realtime review of Project cost coding to ensure accuracy.
  • Complete bi-weekly & monthly billing cycles
  • Maximize positive working capital through timely collection of Project AR
  • Support month-end close process with Project variance analysis
  • Provide input to the Commercial bidding process with cost information.
  • Perform additional assigned duties professionally.

Physical Demands and Work Conditions:

Work conditions are such that significant time will be spent walking, standing, stooping, sitting, and include some lifting.

Contingencies:

Offer contingent upon ability to pass pre-employment drug testing (federal panel), physical exam, background check and motor vehicle report.
