We offer an inclusive and collaborative work environment where employees can thrive and make a meaningful impact.Tasks and Qualifications:Key Responsibilities:Support the project managers by processing the purchase requisitions into SAP to enable us to order services and materials for the project itself.Take and keep a record of project minutes to ensure we detail all aspects of the meetings and progress.Assist the project managers with the project plans. We use MS Project to schedule and plan our projects internally.Expediting on key tasks and taking a proactive approach to keep the momentum of the project moving forward.Formulate Health and Safety plans and ensure they adhere to our internal EHS compliance.Conduct follow-up calls to supplies to ensure that materials are delivered on time and in line with the needs of the project.Consolidating on-site deliveries.Setting up and inputting projects into our internal SharePoint page.Track shipping and deliveries.Producing RAMS.Analysing contractor performance regularly in line with the service level agreements.Provide support with procurement and sourcing of equipment for the projects.Support PMs in preparing and maintaining project plans on MS Projects.Assist with project documentation sourcing and filing.Participate in project meetings and support with administrative tasks/Minutes.Assist PMs with partaking in project activities.Qualifications & Experience:Experience in project management or working within a similar remit.Desire or pursuing a professional project management qualification would be desirable but not essential.A background in a technical, engineering, or industrial environment would be beneficial.Exposure to project scheduling and planning. Some experience in a project management tool would also be helpful.Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel to site when required.Dematic is proud to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
