This position is Technical Assistant to the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Vice President of Engineering & Technology. The role supports both the F-16 and F-22 Engineering teams.
This role will assist in managing the IFG Engineering Business Rhythm, including: metrics development and reporting, staffing, Command Media, and executive reviews.
The organization provides technical oversight and direction ensuring successful execution on large, complex, cross-team development efforts, in accordance with contractual technical requirements and IFG engineering processes.
The selected candidate will assist the IFG Operations team in numerous efforts including team organization and prioritization, timely completion of deliverables, strategy setting, running meetings, and action item closure.
This position regularly interacts with the Engineering Functional teams, Program Management, Finance, Production Operations, HR, and leadership at all levels.

Basic Qualifications
- Engineering/technical degree
- Experience/Proficiency with MS Office tool suite including Power Point and Project.
- Experience working in or leading cross-functional teams.
- Secret security clearance.
Desired skills
- Organized with the ability to effectively prioritize time.
- Ability to interpret data of various types (technical, process, financial) and create presentations that summarize the data in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a high profile, schedule driven environment.
- Experience with Tableau, Confluence, and Agile Hive.

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Security Clearance Information
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
