MUSCOGEE (CREEK) NATIONSeeking a PROJECT MANAGERDescription: The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects on time for the Nation’s Treasury Department’s financial system. Coordinating efforts of team members, vendors, and consultants to deliver projects according to plan is essential. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle, and create customized reports as requested by the department’s needs.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Acquiring and coordinating necessary resources to meet project needs.-Planning and tracking all project activity.-Managing communication throughout the team and departments.-Managing the quality of project team deliverables.-Troubleshoot software issues to determine root causes and provide solutions.-Take ownership of the maintenance and development of key database product components within including PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, and financial reports-Identifying, reporting and managing risks; overcoming project obstacles.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’ s degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience-Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams-Understanding of general accounting and revenue principles-Close attention to detail with a high level of accuracy-Ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment-At least one year of experience in software development, including object-oriented design and programming-Experience with reporting tools such as Oracle Reports Builder or Oracle Bl Publisher and SQL scripting. SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) experience is a plus-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills-Ability to work independently and as part of a team-Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License.Preferred Requirements:Bachelors with 4- 6 Years Project Management and systems analysis, strong leadership-Understanding of general accounting and revenue principles-Experience with reporting tools such as Oracle Reports Builder or Oracle Bl Publisher and SQL scripting.
