Project Manager – Plymouth
An exciting opportunity awaits to join a respected regional contractor as a Project Manager on a permanent basis. Situated in Plymouth, this role encompasses overseeing a variety of projects across the region. The projects span refurbishments, commercial new builds, and extensions in sectors such as Healthcare, Education, MOD, and Industrial.Responsibilities:

– • Assist with site planning, design and construction programme and oversee the project -[
– • Coordinate work of subcontractors -[
– • Establish timelines, calculate labor and material costs -[
– • Generate and issue regular internal and external project reporting -[
– • Progress report and any necessary modifications of plans -[
– • Liaise and chair meetings with site staff and clients -[
– • Ensure the project is completed on time, within scope and budget -[
– • Implement and ensure H&S for site staff, visitors and the public are strictly adhered toRequirements:
