Freelance Project ManagerLocation: Milton KeynesEngagement: FreelanceRate: £350-£400 per dayPayment Method: CIS Or LtdStart Date: ASAPDuration: 12 MonthsMy client is seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to join their ever growing team.The successful candidate will deliver projects of up to £25 million in value and most have a proven track record of working in the industrial build sector.Strong technical expertise is a must as well as being able to successfully oversee the full life cycle of the projectDuties required for this Freelance Project Manager Role:
- Ensuring the project runs to schedule and budget
- Ensuring the clients design & requirements are met
- Co-ordinating the site and ensuring it runs smoothly
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the project
Experience Required for this Freelance Project Manager Role:
- 5 years experience within a project manager role
- Evidence of overseeing the full lifecycle of similar projects
- Evidence of working on values of up to £25 million
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
