Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the planning, implementation, and overall management of the project.
2. Supervise project staff and coordinate project activities.
3. Ensure timely achievement of project objectives, outputs, and indicators.
4. Manage project budget, workplans, and resource allocation.
5. Coordinate with government authorities, partners, and other stakeholders.
6. Monitor project progress and ensure quality implementation.
7. Prepare technical and progress reports and maintain project documentation.
8. Ensure compliance with donor requirements, safeguarding, PSEA, and organizational policies.
9. Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
10. Support project monitoring, evaluation, learning, and visibility activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Social Sciences, International Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing humanitarian or development projects.
• Experience in protection, livelihoods, women’s empowerment, or community development projects.
• Strong leadership, coordination, budgeting, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and good working knowledge of English.
