Are you ready to join?#LI-THEAA #LI-HybridThis is the jobIn this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the implementation of a strategically significant proof-of-concept project for the AA’s Roadside business. Collaborating with development, content, and marketing teams, your mission includes successful delivery, meticulous stakeholder communication, budget management, and risk governance. Additionally, your insights will shape the benefit tracking methodology for project initiatives.As part of this exciting journey, you’ll be required to grace the London Blackfriars office twice a week. There, you’ll engage with esteemed colleagues, including the Director of Digital Marketing, the Head of SEO, SEO Manager, Digital Data and Analytics experts, and the Digital Design and Performance Director.Join forces with a diverse ensemble-Developers, Finance professionals, Content Editors, and Designers-as you collectively steer the course toward project success.What will I be doing?

  • Timely Project Management: Oversee the entire project, ensuring delivery meets required standards.
  • Transparent Communication: Keep project sponsors, key stakeholders, and team members informed of progress and status.
  • Personnel Management: Coordinate internal and external personnel to complete tasks effectively.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify and recommend process improvements for efficient implementation.
  • Comprehensive Documentation: Prepare detailed project documentation as needed.
  • Efficiency Enhancement: Seek opportunities to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Consistent Processes and Reporting: Influence the development and deployment of consistent processes and governance, reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Risk Monitoring and Solutions: Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality project delivery, including operational documentation.

What do I need?

  • Project Delivery: Deliver projects involving multiple stakeholders, ideally across marketing and digital teams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders to drive digital transformation (e.g., Product, Acquisition).
  • Deadline Management: Handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Project Management Knowledge: Understand best practices in Project & Change Management, including familiarity with different delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Planned Iterative).
  • Self-Motivated Team Player: Be proactive and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Effective Communication: Explain complex projects to non-digital colleagues using language they can understand.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships across diverse teams.
