Hours: 35 per week(Mon-Thurs 08:30-16:30, Fri 08:30-15:15)Closing date: 23 July 2024Interview date: w/c 29 July 2024The Role:The post holder will be a member of the AMH Lead Partner team, with an overall purpose to fulfil centralised administration functions associated with AMH Lead Partner responsibilities for the OUR Generation project.The project aims to contribute to peace and reconciliation through a range of cross-community and cross-border youth mental health and wellbeing models, peace and youth leadership programmes.The role involves working with a wide range of individuals and groups from Northern Ireland, and the border counties of Ireland, through collaboration with other partners.The project, which builds on the highly successful Peace IV OUR Generation project, is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).You will have (essential):
- GCSE Maths & English Grades A*-C, or RQF Level 2 equivalent
- Experience in a relevant office environment
- Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft Office, email, database and computer literacy
- Experience of processing financial information including purchase/invoice systems.
- Experience in the use of a customised database
- A full current driving licence and access to a car is essential. Consideration will be given to alternative travelling proposals in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a licence.
