Calgary, AB.The opportunityThe primary focus of this role is to oversee emissions data collection, support departmental processes, and manage ticket systems. Additionally, you’ll develop programs, update policies, and provide vital support to team members. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping a dynamic and efficient work environment.The day to day…Technically proficient. Organization and time management. Client focused. Team Player.Collect and manage emissions data, liaise with landlords, and ensure accuracy.Participate in audits and suggest controls for data integrity.Manage stewardship programs, assess modifications, and represent at city sustainability programs.Update intranet, oversee facility access systems and administer art database.Manage Service Now ticket and work point reservation systems and respond to stakeholders.Develop and maintain departmental policies, processes, and procedures.Provide administrative support, act as the main point of contact for Canada-wide vendors, manage budgets, and assist with property management and procurement tasks.Support team members and ensure coverage when needed.Maintain digital file system, track costs, and operate within approved budgets.Successful incumbentThis role requires a candidate with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to decision-making. Effective time management and prioritization skills are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication. The successful incumbent will demonstrate leadership qualities, provide excellent customer service, and exhibit strong interpersonal skills for collaboration in a diverse environment.Foundational knowledge and experience to grow fromPost secondary education in a related discipline preferred.Property/Facility Management Association or PMP designation.3-5 years experience in Facilities Management, Property/Commercial Management or equivalent field.Valid driver’s license.Experience with Facility related applications such as Kantech, Entrapass, reservation applications, and Service Now, is an asset.Put your career in the spotlight.
