Job Purpose and Summary

Are you looking to develop in the Project Management arena? Work in a team that value and implement a defined project management methodology to ensure project success (Predominantly Prince2 at Canon).

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Project Support to join our team at Canon. As a Project Support, you will responsible for proactively supporting the Project Managers and Project Teams in the co-ordination, planning and control of the project, deployment planning, logistics coordination and key administrative tasks associated with assigned projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about project management and eager to develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What we ask

You will be responsible for:

– The allocation of all chargeable activities for Professional Services within the Canon project application (Kimble/Salesforce).

– Support our Project Managers in delivering customer projects, tasks to include:

– Updating customer deployment trackers

– Tracking deliveries status prior to delivery and during delivery days

– Confirming bookings of onsite resources

– Managing deployment issues with logistics partners

– Track all deals prior to ordering via central excel tracker

– Liaising with sales to collate information for deployment planning

– Creation of deployment plans/trackers

– Central reporting of projects

– Your own development

You will need

As a Project Support you will possess the following skills and expertise:

– Proficient in Microsoft Excel

– Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experience

– Excellent organisation skills

– Exceptional communication skills and exemplary listening skills – and ability to support project members assertively and politely to drive tasks and actions

– Ambitious and driven – with a desire to work in a high performing team and a focus on personal /team KPIs and results

– Strong time management skills to support multiple projects simultaneously

Further Information

Salary – £25,345 – £26,753

Location – Head-office (Uxbridge) – Hybrid 3 days a week in the office
