Position: Property Accountant

Salary: $75K to $85K
Our client is a very well-established and growing company in the real estate industry looking to hire a Property Accountant for their office in Westmount.

Job Requirements:
– DEC, AEC, accounting certificate or bachelor’s degree in accounting required
– 3 years of pertinent experience
– Proficient experience with Excel
Job Description:
– Preparation of financial statements
– Responsible for various journal entries
– Responsible for general ledger analysis
– Bank reconciliation
– General Ledger account reconciliation
– Government report preparation (GST/QST)
– Year-end audit files
