Salary for the Property Accountant: Base salary is up to $70k-$85k +/-, plus bonus and excellent benefits
Salary for the Development Accountant Base Salary up to $85k +/- plus bonus and excellent benefitsProperty Accountant:
- In this role, you will handle all the monthly accounting for a portfolio including
- Processing AP/AR and payroll, Performing CAM Reconciliations
- Preparing the 3-page investor report monthly for assigned properties (Spreadsheet, Bank Statement, Leasing Updates)
Requirements:-BS in Accounting
-CAM Reconciliation experience
-MRI OR Yardi SoftwarePowered by JazzHR
Expected salary
$70000 – 85000 per year
