Summary of Requirements

The OSCE Centre in Ashgabat within PMD project 5200501 “assisting Turkmenistan in implementing the OSCE commitments related to confidence and security building measures (CSBMS) and non-proliferation – 2025” aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of national and international stakeholders in the field of cyber diplomacy. The required training should support participants in understanding the international legal framework, negotiation techniques, and multilateral co-operation mechanisms in cyberspace.
