Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in international development, Gender Studies /master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Years of experience: 5-7 years of work experience in GBV and PSS training design
  • Proven expertise in developing facilitation and training modules, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
  • Strong report-writing skills to communicate program progress, outcomes, and recommendations effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage partnerships and collaborations with external organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills for building relationships and engaging with stakeholders, including survivors, community leaders, and technical experts.
  • Proficiency in project management, including budget oversight, work planning, and performance evaluation.
  • Sensitivity to cultural nuances and a commitment to survivor-centered approaches.
