Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in international development, Gender Studies /master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Years of experience: 5-7 years of work experience in GBV and PSS training design
- Proven expertise in developing facilitation and training modules, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Strong report-writing skills to communicate program progress, outcomes, and recommendations effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage partnerships and collaborations with external organizations.
- Excellent communication skills for building relationships and engaging with stakeholders, including survivors, community leaders, and technical experts.
- Proficiency in project management, including budget oversight, work planning, and performance evaluation.
- Sensitivity to cultural nuances and a commitment to survivor-centered approaches.
