Summary of Requirements

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), Mission to Serbia, The Democratization Department, intends to commission the publication of four animated banners on a daily newspaper website in the Serbian language, on both desktop and mobile versions, as part of a public awareness campaign on personal data protection. To conduct the public awareness campaign the Democratization Department seeks the services of a daily newspaper with extensive experience in selling digital advertising space. NOTE: Mandatory requirement for bidders is legal residence in Republic of Serbia
