Page Personnel are currently partnering with a leading retail business, based in Llangefni, who are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the full P2P process.

The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for:

  • Processing invoices and credit notes
  • Processing payment runs
  • Query resolutions
  • Building positive working relationships with suppliers
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Any other ad hoc duties as reasonably requested.

The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role
  • AAT L2 or above (desirable)
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
