Get in touch with us to discuss in more detail.Quality AssessorHybrid- London/ReigateAbout the roleWe are looking for a Quality Assessor- HUB Compliance who will identify and report risk within our HUB business (part of Just Group) and collate MI to help meet the company’s customer and conduct principles.In this role you will understand and respond effectively to ever changing needs of all customers; reviewing and recommending improvements to the systems and controls that are in place to ensure both internal and external customers are treated fairly.There will also be elements of supporting the Group Compliance and Group Internal Audit division as a whole.ResponsibilitiesThe primary focus of the role is to provide a Quality Assurance (QA) service ensuring that ‘best advice’ and ‘best practice’ are adopted in HUB Financial Solutions’ direct sales to customers (via both field and telephone based advice) and in all areas of the company’s procedures and processes.
