Have you worked in a Construction / M&E / Facilities Management Industry seeking a new role?A position has become available for one of our clients. Due to their growth this year they are looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor with a Construction / M&E / Facilities Management background.They specialise in delivering services in Social Housing, Facilities Management, and Commercial Industries across the UK and Ireland.Day to Day:

• Responsible for managing all commercial aspects across multiple construction projects.
• Overseeing cost management, contract administration, and financial reporting.
• Ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the standards required.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Degree educated in Quantity Surveying / Construction Related.
• 2+ years of experience Quantity Surveying and Estimating.
• Estimating, Budget Control, Cost Management skills.
• Excellent numeracy skills, commercial awareness, and customer service.
• Ability to resolve problems and make accurate business decisions.
• UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
