With plans to grow the team by 50% over the next 18 months, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career quickly in a supportive, fast-paced environment.In this role, you’ll work closely with senior colleagues and clients, supporting cost management across all stages of a project. You’ll develop hands-on experience in budget planning, cost controls, procurement advice, and value engineering. Youll be conversant with JCT & NEC contracts, and importantly youll have an eagerness to learn and grow.The ideal candidate will have:A solid foundation in cost management, particularly in MEP projects, with the willingness to deepen their expertise.
Strong communication skills to engage with clients and the supply chain.
