Your new role:Interim Education Partnerships Administrator – Responsible for all administrative duties relating to the Performance, Partnerships and Safeguarding Team including Music Services, Governance, Moderation and to support traded services. To maintain the Council’s schools virtual learning platform (SLN) and other team records / spreadsheets. To process invoices specific to traded services in children and learning. To raise and administer Purchase Orders. To maintain commitment recording. To ensure information regarding individual financial commitments are accurately recorded electronically. To receive phone calls, email enquires and requests for information and resolve these initial contacts when appropriate from members of the public and other professionals, including to retrieve information to respond or pass onto the appropriate team member in and accurate and timely manner. To liaise with staff from other teams and agencies as necessary and support them. What you’ll need to succeed:The successful candidate will have excellent organisation skills, flexibility, good communication skills and a high standard of written and spoken English. Experience of undertaking administrative and clerical processes and procedures in a thorough and rigorous manner. Experience in working with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Experience in budgetary control including raising invoices, purchasing & reconciliation. Ability to interpret statistical information. Ability to work flexibly and effectively with individuals, teams, clients, customers and staff. Supporting others and showing clear personal values in line with those of the organisation. Ability to work under pressure and within short timescales. A can do attitude. Experience of managing websites or portals.
