We have a fantastic opportunity for a Rapid Response Community Sister/Charge Nurse, who has experience of community nursing to join our rapid response CNT in the High Peak/Derbyshire Dales.The Service is to provide acute (short-term) care in patients’ own homes and Residential Care Home settings.
