Inspire spiritual curiosity – RE ECT role in Redbridge!We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic RE ECT to join our school in Redbridge. You will inspire students to explore the big questions of life and develop their own spiritual understanding.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and thought-provoking RE lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially 5).
- Prepare students for GCSE examinations.
- Create a stimulating and reflective learning environment.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including discussions and debates.
- Contribute to the development of the RE curriculum.
- Participate in departmental meetings and extracurricular activities.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Religious Studies, Theology, Philosophy, or a related subject.
- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of diverse religious and philosophical perspectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for fostering critical thinking and respect for different viewpoints.
