Shape the future – RE ECT opportunity in Redbridge!Our vibrant Redbridge school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic RE ECT to join our Humanities team. You will play a vital role in developing students’ understanding of ethical and moral issues.Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality RE lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially 5).
  • Prepare students for GCSE examinations.
  • Create a positive and reflective learning environment.
  • Utilize innovative teaching methods and resources.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Humanities department.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Degree in Religious Studies, Theology, Philosophy, or a related subject.
  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of diverse religious and philosophical perspectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for fostering critical thinking and respect for different viewpoints.
