The ideal candidate will excel at motivating teams, managing processes, and delivering results in a dynamic real estate environment.Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to the real estate team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Oversee transaction timelines and ensure all requirements are met with precision.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency and maintain compliance.
- Monitor team performance and provide actionable insights based on metrics and analysis.
- Support client relationships by ensuring high-quality service and responsiveness.
- Prepare market analyses, reports, and presentations for clients and leadership.
- Collaborate with the Broker on recruitment and team engagement initiatives.

- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
