Rooted in Catholic values, we provide a holistic education that nurtures academic excellence, spiritual growth, and personal development.Position Overview: As a Reception/Subject Leader Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in laying the foundation for our youngest learners while also providing leadership in a specific subject area. You will inspire a love for learning, instill Catholic values, and create a stimulating environment where children can thrive.Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Reception students, fostering their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Lead and coordinate a specific subject area across the school, driving innovation and excellence in teaching and learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a rich, balanced curriculum that reflects our Catholic ethos.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and offering support as needed.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school through participation in extracurricular activities, school events, and community outreach programs.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience, preferably in Early Years education.
  • A passion for Catholic education and a commitment to upholding the values and ethos of our school.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
