You will inspire a love for learning, instill Catholic values, and create a stimulating environment where children can thrive.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Reception students, fostering their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Lead and coordinate a specific subject area across the school, driving innovation and excellence in teaching and learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a rich, balanced curriculum that reflects our Catholic ethos.
- Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and offering support as needed.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through participation in extracurricular activities, school events, and community outreach programs.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience, preferably in Early Years education.
- A passion for Catholic education and a commitment to upholding the values and ethos of our school.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and a willingness to engage in reflective practice.
