For more information please visit:Brunel University SportBrunel Sport is looking for an experienced receptionist to join our team. As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for students, staff and community users who enter the sports facilities. We strive to make sure all users have a fantastic experience. The role will include taking bookings, dealing with membership enquiries, answering queries via our telephone call system and responding to emails. Our team take pride in ensuring our reception areas are presentable at all times. The role will involve taking payments, end of shift reconciliation and using our leisure management software Gladstone, whilst not essential any experience with Gladstone would be an advantage.
