Job description
The RSK Group is looking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrator based at the head office in Helsby, Cheshire (WA6 0AR). This is a full time, permanent role.The RSK Group is a dynamic, multidisciplinary environmental consultancy and services provider, servicing a wide range of property, manufacturing, infrastructure and energy clients. - Greeting visitors
- Answering incoming external calls,
- Fielding visitor’s and caller’s queries,
- Managing the switchboard, placing calls and taking messages
- Responding to email requests and enquiries
- Production of weekly Duty Director information and daily maintenance of records
- Maintaining meeting room and hot desk calendars
- Car hire requests
- Incoming and outgoing post
Person Specification:
- Previous reception/administration experience essential
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Teams
- Polite and professional telephone manner
- Team player, with the ability to pick things up quickly
- Strong organisational skills
