Ricoh is currently looking for a career-oriented individual responsible for a wide range of office duties. This will include greeting and assisting visitors, answering and transferring all incoming calls and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Courteously meet and welcome customers and general members of the public
  • Answer, screen and direct all incoming calls
  • Track incoming guests via provided software
  • Assist periodically for event registration
  • Conference floor walks to ensure rooms are well kept and supplied
  • Responsible for scheduling meetings and events, and coordinating with requesters
  • Review and update internal telephone directory and other front desk information
  • Monitor and ensure the reception area is kept tidy and projects a business-like image
  • Perform administrative support tasks, such as data entry and recordkeeping
  • Awareness and compliance of security procedures and escalation processes
  • Deliver the highest level of service delivery with key contacts and personnel

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a reception or switchboard position

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop business relationships
  • Strong self-motivation to drive results
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to regularly lift and push objects up to 30lbs
