Salary ranges from 58-60+K Depending on experience.Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating IT support, managing software renewals, and overseeing hardware procurement and maintenance to support IT management.
  • Supporting external audits as required.
  • Handling bookkeeping tasks, with potential for progression into an accounting role.
  • Managing reception duties such as call screening, message taking, and directing inquiries.
  • Providing administrative support to the legal department, including document filing and other administrative tasks.
  • Procuring office and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Assisting with bank deposits when necessary.
  • Maintaining office equipment to ensure functionality.
  • Establishing and managing filing systems for onsite and offsite company records.
  • Arranging travel accommodations for staff.
  • Contributing to corporate event planning efforts.
  • Facilitating staff onboarding and departure procedures.
  • Compiling expense reports for executive management.
  • Managing the ordering and distribution of business cards.
  • Coordinating and organizing invoice support for corporate credit card transactions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of Reception/Admin experience
  • Post Graduate Diploma
  • Proficient in multitasking and adept at following instructions.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Exceptional time management skills, demonstrating the ability to meet tight deadlines consistently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Advanced computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on organization, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and positive with a desire to grow within a dynamic organization.
  • Upholds integrity and maintains confidentiality in all operational matters.
