Job description

The RSK Group is looking to recruit a part time Receptionist for the Hemel Hempstead office. You will be required to work 24 hours per week across Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. A degree of flexibility is required to cover sickness and holiday on Thursday and Fridays. The role is offered on a permanent contract.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors
  • Answering incoming external calls
  • Fielding visitors’ and callers’ queries
  • Managing the switchboard and placing calls
  • Stationary & placing consumables orders
  • Post duties

Person Specification

  • Previous reception/administration experience essential
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Polite and professional telephone manner
  • Innovative, organised and versatile with a can-do attitude
  • Good written English and attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator and a team player
