Job description
The RSK Group is looking to recruit a part time Receptionist for the Hemel Hempstead office. You will be required to work 24 hours per week across Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. A degree of flexibility is required to cover sickness and holiday on Thursday and Fridays. The role is offered on a permanent contract.Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors
- Answering incoming external calls
- Fielding visitors’ and callers’ queries
- Managing the switchboard and placing calls
- Stationary & placing consumables orders
- Post duties
Person Specification:
- Previous reception/administration experience essential
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Polite and professional telephone manner
- Innovative, organised and versatile with a can-do attitude
- Good written English and attention to detail
- Excellent communicator and a team player
Salary and Benefits:
- £25,400 – £27,000 (FTE)
