Job description

We’re seeking an efficient Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic Human Resources team in the retail industry.As a Recruitment Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage recruitment-related administration tasks
  • Communicate with prospective candidates and arrange interviews
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and postings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment database
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements
  • Screen resumes and applications

Previous Recruitment Experience|Immediately AvailableA successful Recruitment Administrator should have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of HR databases and ATS Systems (Preferable)
  • Experience working in a similar position
