Culina Group is a leading UK 3rd party food & drinks logistics provider offering dedicated and shared user warehousing and distribution solutions.At Culina we have a winning culture, we believe that our culture is one of the reasons our company continues to thrive… A place where you’re valued, challenged, and inspired!Job DescriptionAs a Recruitment Administrator Apprentice you will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager with general recruitment administration and reporting.15-18 month fixed term contractSalary: £16,000 per annumWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00 (Hybrid)Key Duties of a Recruitment Administrator Apprentice:
- Assisting with monthly and adhoc reporting
- Maintaining our current ATS system and records
- Management of departmental inbox and responding to recruitment queries
- Administrative support of Talent Acquisition Projects
- Administrative support of our psychometric testing platform and chatbot
- Support the facilitation of graduate assessment centres
- Assist with new hire onboarding when required
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
Qualifications
- GCSE English and Maths – Grade 4 or above required
- Confident communication skills across all levels
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- The ability to work in a fast paced, pressurised environment
- Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.
- Good IT skills, competent in MS packages
- Able to work as part of a team and/or individually.
- Be professional, approachable and helpful to ensure smooth running of the general HR operation.
