Reference Number – 79964This Recruitment Co-Ordinator will report to the Recruitment Co-ordinator – Team Leader and will work within the HR directorate (Talent Acquisition Team) based in our Crawley office. You will be a permanent employee.You will attract a salary of Circa £29,000.00 and a bonus of 7.5%. To deliver customer satisfaction, raising the bar and improving performance.DimensionsYou will be an enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal and customer focused skills with an eye for detail. You will have experience working in a customer service environment and can use your experience to quickly identify the customer needs and provide a swift and accurate solution. You will ideally have experience working in an HR or recruitment field.Principal Accountabilities:The team must complete all recruitment administrative activities and actions, this includes,New starter contractsInternal appointment lettersPerform pre-employment checks on new starters and managing entire processSet up new agency / permanent staff in SAPCreate position numbersRespond to ad hoc recruitment queriesChecking/verifying all non-UK qualifications and any other documentationManage recruitment inbox and dealing with queriesEnsure all required candidate information is captured as a full pack per candidate with no omissions, eg interview notes etcOffer and contract completionSatisfactory referencingLiaise with new employees, arranging start dates, ensuring a link is maintained with candidates post offer acceptance and pre joiningInduction process/on-boarding.Qualifications:Excel experience with the ability to produce reportsCollaborative workingExcellent Customer focus including, written, telephony, email, face to faceAll completed activities follow best practice and any legislative requirementsManage relationships with wider HR team and multiple Business ManagersRespond to all requests for information or support within an appropriate timescaleSupport projects relating to new activities within the resourcing team as requiredHR knowledge & experienceNature and Scope:You will contribute to success of the function by supporting change and striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
