I’m looking for experienced consultants to join an established name in Public Sector recruitment, specifically in the Social Housing niche. This is SUCH a great sector: interesting, busy, recession proof, professional, mixed desk options – it’s a fantastic growth area.

There is a huge territory to work on across several roles:
- I need someone experienced in the housing Vendor Management Systems so you can hit the ground running. As you know, no client development work is needed this is a busy delivery role. It’s heavily temp focused, so someone well organised with a good network will suit – these are housing technical roles.
- An experienced 360 Social Housing recruitment consultant is my next ask. Working outside of the vendors, you will win and fill a diverse mix of roles including housing officers, neighbourhood officers, anti-social behaviour officers.
- I also need a 360 technical recruitment consultant; this is a new role. You will develop clients outside the vendors, and leverage off the existing client base. You will have some candidates, as this team is great, they share candidates, and split GP. You will work closely with that consultant who handles the VMS side.
- And lastly, I need a Town Planning recruitment consultant. This is a brilliant niche, dealing with a great candidate base, again this is VMS so you will be fed 2-3 jobs per day. This is a mix of contract and perm with some nice margins. Your team members will also pick up planning jobs that will be passed to you.
