- Setting and delivering commercial strategies to drive revenue, occupancy, and profitability.
- Leading and developing high-performing teams, attracting and nurturing top talent.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with higher education partners.
- Championing sustainability initiatives to create a greener future for our students and communities.
