Overview
Compass Associates is proud to be partnering alongside a growing private provider expanding on their Mental Health portfolio in the Berkshire area. They have a sterling reputation across the sector and is well known for their Residential and Supported Living services specialising in Learning Disabilities and Complex Care.
Together, we are looking for a Regional Manager to head up their growth in the Mental Health Care in the Adult Residential Care sector in the Berkshire area.
Reporting to the Senior Management Team, you will be instrumental in growing their Mental Health portfolio, opening new homes in the region, this will include operational leadership and guidance, business development in winning cases from ICBs and LAs, client and staff support. Furthermore, you will also be ensuring the highest quality of care for these services, achieving a Good CQC rating upon their first inspections.
Location
The post is hybrid / working from home with travel across the homes located in Berkshire, so ideally you will be based across Reading, Hampshire, London or Bristol.
Requirements
– NVQ Level 5 or Clinical Qualification desirable
– Experience working within Forensic Mental Health services (Crisis Homes, Acute Mental Health) in a Regional Leadership capacity
– Previous experience of opening / commissioning new Mental Health services
– Regional leadership experience, with a portfolio of CQC managed services
– Good understanding of Care Quality Commission standards
– Hands on and not afraid to be ‘out there in the field’
– Clear DBS
Interview Process
2 stages, one initial MS Teams interview with a member of the Senior Leadership Team followed by a face-to-face interview with the COO
Salary and Benefits
The salary on the position is £50,000 – £55,000 per annum depending on experience, additional company benefits includes 25 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays
