The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.POSITION OVERVIEW:The Eastern Canada Regional Sales Manager is a dynamic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion across the region. This individual will act as a business owner for the territory, providing strategic direction, managing sales agencies, and developing tailored plans to achieve business objectives. The role also includes a strong emphasis on reporting, market analysis, and the effective allocation of marketing resources. Success in this position requires exceptional collaboration, strategic planning, and a results-driven approach to managing relationships and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership and Sales Agency Collaboration

  • Lead and manage three regional sales agencies, ensuring alignment with Mustang Survival’s corporate strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with sales agencies to identify market opportunities, co-develop growth strategies, and implement tactical plans to drive success.
  • Act as a strategic partner, providing agencies with guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of agencies, offering actionable feedback and addressing areas for improvement.

2. Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent opportunities for revenue growth and sustainability.
  • Execute growth strategies that align with corporate goals while addressing unique market characteristics and customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyze account-level performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results and deliver on strategic objectives.

3. Key Account Development and Growth

  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with the Top 20 accounts in the region.
  • Create tailored key account growth plans that maximize revenue and market share.

4. Regional Account Plan (RAP) Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive RAP (Regional Account Plan) to allocate marketing spend effectively, supporting and growing the market.
  • Ensure that marketing dollars are strategically invested to deliver measurable outcomes, including increased product pull-through, account growth, and market expansion.
  • Provide lift analysis to measure the impact of marketing investments and optimize future plans.

5. Reporting and Financial Accountability

  • Maintain rigorous reporting practices, including a weekly pipeline report that tracks sales activities, opportunities, and performance against targets.
  • Accurately forecast and report on territory performance, including revenue, budget alignment, and margin goals.
  • Prepare regular updates for the Canadian Sales Director, ensuring transparency and accountability in all aspects of the territory’s performance.

6. Territory Ownership and Market Advocacy

  • Own the Eastern Canada territory, treating it as a business unit with full accountability for its growth, profitability, and operational success.
  • Serve as the voice of the territory, providing the Canadian Sales Director and other stakeholders with actionable insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans that prioritize market share growth, customer engagement, and revenue objectives.
  • Attend regional and national shows

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years Sales Experience with proven record in sales management, business development, or key account management.
  • Strong track record of managing sales agencies or external partners and delivering on revenue growth targets.
  • Exceptional organizational, strategic planning, and analytical skills, with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets. Must have a high comfortability level with reporting, macros, pivot table, multi source data compilation.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across Eastern Canada.
  • You must be legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Ability to travel within Canada and to the United State to support North America sales initiatives.
