  • Providing support to your homes, ensuring compliance standards are achieved, the delivery of service is consistent and exceeds expectations and key measurables are reported on
  • Identifying problem areas or areas of potential risk, making recommendations and working with the Regional Director to resolve
  • Interpreting information in support of regional performance against quality indicators, working with the Regional Director to increase performance where required

Experience is not required as we are proud to offer a thorough induction and training programme to ensure confidence within your role.Our ideal candidate must:

  • Be a registered nurse (with NMC pin) with good clinical experience
  • Have at least 3 years experience in a home management role
  • Proven experience in staff development and managing performance
  • Be happy to travel within the designated region of homes, being present to support the homes on a day to day basis
