Location: Warrington or Birmingham

With a focus on professional development, they provide structured career paths, ongoing learning opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package, including private health insurance, flexible working arrangements, and sustainability initiatives.The RoleMy client is seeking an experienced Regional Team Lead to join their Property & Asset Management team, overseeing a team of six Asset Managers responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of infrastructure clients between Birmingham and Warrington. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate and develop their team while ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of Asset Managers to foster collaboration and accountability.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and confidence in service delivery.
  • Oversee team performance, setting objectives, defining roles, and aligning work with company goals.
  • Identify and leverage team strengths, supporting professional growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
  • Provide strategic asset management advice to both the internal team and clients.
  • Support hiring, training, and continuous development of employees.
  • Assist with H&S incident reporting and assurance activities, gathering necessary evidence and reports.
  • Generate performance reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Drive efficiency and process improvements to enhance service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience in asset management, ideally RICS qualified.
  • Strong project and programme management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proven leadership and line management experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of property industry best practices and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Full UK driving licence required due to site visits.
