- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents and other staff members
- Flexibility on travel – some shifts may require you to drive or have access to public transport
- Clear DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
- Valid and active NMC pin
- Mental Health experience
- Practical restraint training certificate

Qualifications and Skills –
- Qualified and registered with the NMC as RMN
- Ideally experienced in an elderly and dementia care environment
- Confident in all areas of care planning and delivery
- Able to work a flexible shift pattern
- Satisfactory CRB / DBS checks
