We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team for a full-time position in the picturesque city of Taos, NM.Job Description:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on holistic care and patient-centered approaches.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
  • Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and provide wound care as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and home safety measures.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and promote wellness.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience, preferably in home health or hospice care.
  • BLS certification required; additional certifications such as Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) may be preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
