This Regulatory Department advises organisations and individuals facing Health & Safety, criminal, environmental, CQC, and other regulatory prosecutions. We also support individuals facing potential criminal or professional regulatory sanctions and represent clients at inquests.The Role:
- Assist with caseloads while managing your own cases in Health & Safety, Transport Regulatory, and other specialisms.
- Collaborate with clients across various sectors, offering advice and representation in investigations, prosecutions, and compliance matters.
- Have opportunities to work beyond your core caseload, reflecting the department’s diverse client base and expertise.
About You Essential:
- Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years PQE.
- Strong organisational, time management, and collaborative skills.
- Willingness to develop advocacy skills.
Desirable:
- Advocacy experience.
- Experience or interest in Transport Regulatory matters.
- Health and safety or wider regulatory defence experience.
- Strong communication and IT skills.
