It’s this top service that we are known for.The opportunityRelationship Managers, Prestige, are our specialists in personal banking, helping our clients understand where their money is going and what it is doing. Things like purchasing a home, investing in retirement or helping their children go to post-secondary school. This means having the chance to truly steer and grow your own portfolio of business.The day-to-day Relationship building.Financial analysis & guidance. Sales. Process & operations.Dynamically fluid and purpose driven days that put you in the driver’s seat. Building, growing and maintaining profitable, long lasting and genuine relationships with CWB clients.Proactively identifying and anticipating client needs to uncover opportunities to be crucial to their financial success.Exercising and developing your financial knowledgebase – reading, learning, and actively seeking market data, lending strategies, investment activity and much more.Using customer insights to drive and guide your prioritization and handling of key relationships, information, and documentation. Developing strategies and scheduling for each account, while focusing on portfolio management, quality, exposure limits and security requirements.Sharing your expertise of financial products and solutions with clients and your colleagues – supporting their knowledge and participating in team meetings.Spreading positive vibes and collaborating with a team you’re proud to be a part of.QualificationsYou’ve spent at least one year in a Canadian banking environment, with a strong background in sales and exposure to investing.You’ve got some post-secondary education or equivalent experience.Skills that will take you furtherYou are all about people. Be it your clients or your colleagues – you like communicating and connecting with others to provide solutions and build real, lasting relationships.You’re able to see the bigger picture. Your client focus allows you to anticipate client’s need to go beyond expectations and drive opportunities to genuinely help others while growing business.You’re a self-starter, independent and accountable.
