- Pay: £14.51 per hour for day shifts, £12.24 for sleeping night shifts, plus an extra £1 per hour on weekends.
- Hours: Flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts, coordinated with Estate and Operations Managers.

As a Relief Care Supervisor, you’ll be an integral part of the community, offering essential support, overseeing safety and wellbeing, coordinating engaging activities, and fostering a warm environment. About You
We’re looking for a dedicated individual with senior care experience and a minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent). You should be friendly, organised, and committed to helping older adults thrive. Strong communication skills and teamwork will be vital in this role, where you’ll set a high standard of care.
