We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Remote Customer Experience Agent.This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through email, chat, and phone communications. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a variety of customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner.
  • Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance and other travel services.
  • Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
  • Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods/tools
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer service experience
  • Stay up-to-date with new services, and policies

Qualifications

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Skills and Competencies:**
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable with technology and able to work effectively in a remote setting
