What will your typical day look like?
This role will work within a dedicated team to deliver sales solutions while ensuring our instance stays aligned to our internal best practices. This person should have a strong client foundation matched with a focus on customer experience and a collaborative spirit and talent for building strong relationships both with clients and their mentoring team members.In this interesting and diverse role, you will:
- Utilize best practices for defining business capabilities, understanding core requirements, designing sales solutions and managing ongoing team support.
- Be able to work with many other professionals to provide input on setting standards and path forward to collectively deliver solutions.
- Manage the Sales, Service & Mentoring strategy.
- Manage the quality of backlog and be accountable to it.
- Drive Sales & Team Growth planning and execution.
Enough about us, let’s talk about youRequired:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in supervisory or people management functions, along with a sales and service capacity, is a definite asset.
- Good understanding standards, policies, procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing sales, service and growth solutions definite asset
- The ability and willingness to be hands-on with the platform as necessary to ensure group success.
