If you share this passion to drive things forward and the integrity to insist on doing things the right way, we’ll equip you to take your future into your own hands and play a leading role in our story.Job DescriptionThe Research Associate position on the Digital Research Operations team at MRI-Simmons offers a unique opportunity to assist on a wide variety of digital syndicated survey operations tasks, for current high-profile studies as well as for exciting experimental research projects. Strong detail-orientation, logic/critical thinking skills, and comfort with digital/online survey environments are critical. We are looking for someone who is willing and eager to learn, and then will proactively take it upon themselves to become the “expert” at what they do.As the Research Associate, you will have following key accountabilities:Perform extensive quality control testing, systems troubleshooting, and data validations for various digital surveys, survey systems, and devices/softwareUpdate/create survey and system quality control testing protocolsPerform field production tasks daily (e.g., daily digital systems/study audits to identify vendor/system/respondent issues, process undeliverable and respondent data changes, etc.)Assist with troubleshooting as needed and work with management to implement fixes/resolutionsGenerate/deliver daily counts, progress reports, issue analyses and survey data requests for studies in fieldUpdate/maintain fielding documentation and materials (e.g., digital survey programming, fielding schedules, fielding process documentation)Organize and follow up on outstanding JIRA tickets with the Development teamHelp with any other additional tasks within the Digital Research Operations team as requiredNow that we have introduced you to the position of Research Associate, what skills, qualifications, and experience should you have?1-2 years of experience working for a market research provider and/or with digital surveys/system testing is a plusStrong written and oral communication skillsAnalytical, logical, and strong critical thinking skillsDetail-oriented and organized, with excellent project management skillsDemonstrated curiosity or self-starter mindsetBilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred but not requiredProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Jira and Power BI experience is a plusBasic HTML or other programming language skills is a plusBA/BS in Psychology, Social Sciences, Business, Math, Market Research, Marketing, and other disciplines considered.What We Offer401K MatchMedical/ Vision/ Dental InsuranceWork life balance- Hybrid or Remote schedule11 paid corporate HolidaysLife / Pet InsuranceSupplier Discounts/ Plum Benefits partnershipSalary commensurate with experience, annual base salary range: $60,000-$65,000All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.We are not responsible for any fee related to unsolicited resumes from 3rd party staffing and recruiting agencies (whether submitted through this website or sent directly to employees) unless a written agreement is in place between the agency and GfK (“Company”) and an authorized Company representative makes a written request to the agency to assist with this requisition.
